- Technology associates concept, create, implement, and manage the functional aspects of highly technical projects and programs and are responsible for delivering innovative and sophisticated digital solutions. Technology associates are responsible for harnessing the combined technical knowledge and experience of their teams to deliver solutions that exceed client’s expectations and differentiate them in their industry.
- Creative associates focus their talents on conceptual, design, usability, experience and marketing. This includes driving look and feel, messaging, and the way users interact not only with visual elements of a program but also with the overall brand development and solution. Application Process
All resumes and CVs should include a letter of intent that describes the type of work opportunity you are seeking, your work-life balance requirements, desired pay rate, and insight into your professional background and experience. Your letter should also include mention of any extracurricular activities or passions you would like to share with prospective clients in order to inject your own personality into the submission.Your resume or CV should be a reflection of your abilities, success, and history as a business leader including specific examples of your accomplishments with accompanying statistic breakdowns of the bottom-line business improvements or impacts where applicable.
After receipt of your submission, a Metropolis3 Worldwide engagement specialist may contact you for a high level discussion of your qualifications, experience and engagement requirements. Following this initial interview, the engagement specialist will work to match you to as many client engagements appropriate for your professional and personal criteria. This will often result in a second interview where the engagement specialist will discuss specific opportunities available and provide you the opportunity to gather information about each suggested engagement. Your credentials will then be presented to the client for consideration, and if the client chooses, the engagement specialist will contact you to schedule a formal introduction and prepare you for your meeting with the client.

- If you are contacted for a first interview via e-mail, please respond with a confirmation to schedule a meeting time with a Metropolis3 Worldwide engagement specialist.
- Prepare and then conduct your interview(s) with a Metropolis3 Worldwide engagement specialist.
